The importance of connection cannot be emphasized enough for those of us in the LGBTQ community.
Despite the challenges we face, we have been able to cultivate a meaningful connection for the LGBTQ community in Contra Costa County. Seniors are able to connect with friends at our monthly luncheons. Youth are able to express themselves authentically. The most vulnerable in our community are able to receive high quality, nutritious food each week through our Food Pantry. Community members in need of support can get counseling and case management services specifically tailored for the needs of LGBTQ individuals. We are able to offer free HIV testing every Tuesday to at-risk populations. We are also excited to announce that we have opened a second location in El Cerrito!
